01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by KG99 ("Platform"). By accessing or using this Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are also considered part of this Agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please stop using the Platform immediately. KG99 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

02Platform Usage Eligibility

To register and use KG99 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement.
• Not currently listed on any online gambling exclusion list issued by any statutory body or relevant organisation.
• Use the platform on your own behalf and not act on behalf of any third party.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gambling in your jurisdiction of residence.

KG99 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before any first withdrawal is processed.

03Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the KG99 Platform. Multiple account registrations, whether using the same or different information, are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without any refund.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number. False or misleading information is sufficient grounds for account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. KG99 recommends that you:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account protection.
• Do not share your account details with anyone, including family members.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

KG99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorized third party where such access resulted from your own negligence.

3.3 KYC Verification

All users are required to complete the KYC process before their first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card, passport, utility bill or recent bank statement as proof of address, and a screenshot of the payment method used.

04Depositing and Withdrawing Funds

4.1 Deposit

KG99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of supported payment methods including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other methods available on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 and processed within 3 minutes.

All deposits must originate from an account registered in the user's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. kg99 reserves the right to reject or return any deposit that is suspicious or does not comply with our policy.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal of funds is processed within 24 hours active after the application has been received and verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit, for security and AML compliance purposes.

KG99 reserves the right to request additional documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This is standard industry procedure to ensure the security of your funds. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods that have never been used for a prior deposit.

4.3 Fees and Charges

KG99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges beyond KG99's control. Please check with your financial service provider for more information.

05Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

KG99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Please read the bonus terms carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once only per user, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• KG99 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice if there are signs of abuse.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.

06Game Rules and Betting

6.1 General Rules

All games on the kg99 Platform are operated using an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring every outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated. Completed game results are final and not subject to dispute except in cases of clearly proven technical error.

6.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical disruption, internet connection failure, or software issue during a game session, kg99 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on system transaction records. kg99's decision in such matters is final. kg99 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions on the user's end.

6.3 Sports Betting

All confirmed sports bets are binding and cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances such as event cancellation or changes to the competition format. Displayed odds are accurate at the time the market opens and may change until the bet is confirmed.

• Minimum and maximum bets vary by sport type and event.
• KG99 reserves the right to limit or decline any bet deemed unusual without providing a reason.
• Any bet placed after the start of an event using information not publicly available is void.

07Prohibited User Conduct

Kg99 Platform users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using false identities.
• Money laundering or the use of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to manipulate games or platform systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Any form of fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks on deposits.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system through arbitrage techniques or contradiction betting.
• Transmit content containing incitement, racism, threats, or illegal material through any communication channel on the platform.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the operations of the kg99 Platform systems.

Any violation of the prohibitions above will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all account balances, which may also include legal action where appropriate.

08Privacy and Data Protection

9.2 Closure by KG99

KG99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from competent legal authorities.

10KG99 Liability Limit

The kg99 Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, kg99 makes no warranty that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kg99 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from the use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses arising from failures by third parties such as payment providers or game providers.

Kg99's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total funds held in your account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

11Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Loss Limit: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a set period.
